1. Account Registration & User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Account holders are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
- One account per user only; abuse, fraud, or misuse may result in suspension or termination.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
- All products are sourced from verified suppliers based in China and the USA.
- Prices are wholesale and subject to change due to currency fluctuations or supplier pricing.
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders if necessary.
- Product images and descriptions are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Ordering, Payment & Confirmation
- Orders must be paid in full upfront via supported payment methods; no cash on delivery.
- Order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS upon successful payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for any reason.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Timing
- Standard delivery time is 14 to 25 business days from dispatch.
- We offer doorstep delivery for orders totaling ₦20,000 or $13 and above.
- Orders below the minimum may require pickup from Abuja consolidation centers.
- Delivery times may be extended by unforeseen events such as customs delays, pandemics, or natural disasters.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details.

6. Referrals & Affiliate Program
- Registered users can participate in the referral program by sharing unique referral links containing their
?wpam_id=REFERRER_ID.
- Affiliate commissions are earned when referred users make successful purchases.
- Commission payments are held until the referred order is confirmed delivered, usually within 14 to 25 business days.
- Affiliate withdrawals are processed only after product delivery confirmation.
7. Withdrawals & Payment Terms for Affiliates
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000.
- Withdrawals are via bank transfer only; affiliates must provide valid Nigerian bank details.
- Withdrawal requests are manually reviewed and processed within 1-3 business days following delivery confirmation.
- Affiliates will receive email notifications about withdrawal approval or rejection including reasons.
8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery.
- Refunds are granted only for wrong, damaged, or defective items supported by photographic evidence.
- Orders still within the shipping window (14-25 days) are not eligible for refunds.
- Orders not shipped within 30 business days qualify for full refunds or store credit coupons.
- Cancellations after payment but before shipment may be subject to fees or partial refunds.
9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
- Users must not abuse, hack, or attempt to manipulate the system, including referrals and payments.
- Posting false information, harassment, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Violators will face account termination and possible legal action.
10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- MXPWholesale provides products "as-is" with no guarantees beyond supplier warranties.
- We are not liable for delays due to customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
- MXPWholesale disclaims responsibility for damages caused by misuse or improper handling of products.
- In no event shall MXPWholesale be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
- User data collected during registration and purchase will be used per our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell user data to third parties.
- Users can request data deletion subject to legal requirements.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
